1. General rule
All payments for activated digital proxy services are generally final. We may offer replacement access, plan correction or partial resolution if a verified technical issue is caused by our service and cannot be reasonably fixed.
2. How to request review
Contact support within 24 hours of payment with your account, plan, payment coin, wallet transaction ID and a clear description of the problem. Requests without verifiable order details may be rejected.
3. Non-refundable situations
- Incomplete, false or inconsistent registration or contact information.
- Accounts suspended for illegal activity, abuse or policy violations.
- Plans already used, consumed, transmitted through or materially activated.
- Expired plans, abandoned orders or unsupported third-party software issues.
- Connection quality issues caused by the user's ISP, device, target website, browser profile, VPN chain or local network.
- Failure to comply with third-party platform rules or legal requirements.
4. Crypto payments
Crypto transfers are irreversible. We cannot refund incorrect networks, wrong wallet addresses, underpayments, duplicate payments without proof or transactions not visible on the relevant blockchain.
5. Replacement option
When appropriate, we may provide replacement IPs, manual activation assistance or plan adjustment instead of a monetary refund.
