By accessing or using 922 S5 Proxy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website, dashboard, checkout, proxy plans or support channels.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information, protection of login credentials and all activity performed through your account.
3. Service description
922 S5 Proxy provides proxy-related plans, including SOCKS5, residential traffic, Static ISP and bundle products. Some access is activated manually after payment review. Product names, availability, regions, speeds and technical parameters may change.
4. Payments and manual activation
Crypto payments are currently processed manually. You must send the exact amount to the displayed wallet and submit a valid transaction ID. Access is issued after confirmation and review. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay may be marked as coming soon until enabled.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for lawful business, research, testing, security, localization, ecommerce, advertising verification and automation workflows. You may not use the service for illegal activity, abuse, fraud, malware, harassment, spam, unauthorized access, credential theft or infringement of third-party rights.
6. Suspension and termination
We may refuse, suspend or terminate accounts, orders or access if we believe there is illegal activity, abuse, risk to infrastructure, chargeback abuse, false registration data, violation of policies or requests from competent authorities.
7. No guarantee of third-party platform results
We do not guarantee that any third-party website, marketplace, social network or platform will accept traffic, accounts, automation or requests made through proxies. Users are responsible for complying with third-party terms and applicable law.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Network performance may vary due to geography, third-party carriers, target websites, local device setup, software compatibility or security systems outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 922 S5 Proxy is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, loss of profit, loss of data or interruption of business.
